How can I purchase Pizza Hut Cards?
You can purchase Pizza Hut Cards online in $10 and $20 denominations. Shipping charges apply. Online orders are limited to a total order value of $200, exclusive of shipping and handling. You can also purchase Pizza Hut Cards at participating Pizza Hut locations. If you purchase a card at a participating location, you can load your card in increments of $5 (up to $100).

When you purchase a Pizza Hut Card at a restaurant, you will have to mail the card yourself. When you purchase a Pizza Hut Card online, you may have Pizza Hut mail the card to the recipient.

Can I use my Pizza Hut Card at any Pizza Hut restaurant?
You may use it at any participating Pizza Hut location in the United States. It is not redeemable for alcohol or Pizza Hut Cards. We recommend you call the restaurant to verify that they accept the card.

Can I reload my Pizza Hut Card when the value on the card is low?
Yes, you can reload Pizza Hut Cards marked as reloadable. Just visit any participating Pizza Hut location to add value to your card. Your card can be loaded in increments of $5 (up to $100).

The Pizza Hut Card is NOT tied to a specific person and is fully transferable so you can share the card with friends or family or even give the card to another person.

If I misplace or lose my Pizza Hut Card, can I get a replacement card or a refund?
Lost, stolen or damaged Pizza Hut Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Required proof of purchase includes an original store receipt or a printed confirmation page (online order).

When I order online, shouldn’t the delivery charge be the same every time?
Delivery fees are set by individual restaurants. When you register for Internet Ordering, the system assigns each address you provide with a single Pizza Hut delivery location. If you request delivery service from multiple addresses online, the fee may vary because you may be ordering from a different Pizza Hut location. The delivery fee is, however, always the same online as it is offline.

No. The delivery fee is always the same online as it is offline for the restaurant taking and delivering your order. There is no difference.

Why do I have to set my cookies to be enabled?
To complete an order online with Pizza Hut, it's best to have cookies enabled in your browser. By enabling cookies you will be sharing information that helps Pizza Hut provide you a better online experience. If you don't have cookies enabled and would like to know how, follow the directions below. (Note that in IE 6.0 and 7.0 the setting for cookies is under the "Privacy Tab.")

  • In your web browser menu (at the top of the page) select the menu "Tools."
  • Under "Tools" choose "Internet Options."
  • Choose the tab labeled "Security," and click on the button "Custom Level."
  • Scroll until you see "Cookies."
To enable:
  • Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable."
  • Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable."
  • Click "OK" when you're done.

What does JavaScript enabled mean?
To complete an order online with Pizza Hut, it's best to have JavaScript enabled in your browser. With JavaScript enabled you will be able to take advantage of all the features that Pizza Hut's Internet Ordering service offers. If you don't have JavaScript enabled and would like to know how, follow these steps:

  • In your web browser menu (at the top of the page) select the menu "Tools."
  • Under "Tools" choose "Internet Options."
  • Choose the Tab labeled "Security" and click on the button "Custom Level."
  • Scroll until you see "Scripting," and set "Active Scripting" to "Enabled."
  • Click "OK" when you're done.

What is future or advance ordering?
If you place an order and do NOT check the box indicating the order is for a future time or date, then the restaurant will receive your order as soon as you choose to submit the order. Upon submitting the order you will receive a confirmation pop-up box and an estimated time when your order will be ready.

If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time in increments of 15 minutes as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least 45 minutes later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 7 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit the order and a reminder email on the day the order is due.

How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?
If you forget your password, that's OK! Just click on the "Forget your password?" link on the Sign In page. Enter the email address you used to register for Internet Ordering, and we'll email your password to you.

How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet order?
Once you submit your order, a pop-up box will appear showing the time your order was received along with an estimated time that your order will be ready for carryout or delivery. You will also receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided at registration. And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call the restaurant directly.

What payment options are available through Internet Ordering?
Most restaurants accept cash, checks and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (where accepted).

Will Pizza Hut charge me for text message ordering?
No. Pizza Hut does not charge you a premium charge to place an order via text messaging; however, standard text messaging rates will apply to each text message you send or receive, as provided in your wireless rate plan. You should contact your carrier for pricing plans and details.

Can I save my credit card information for future online purchases?
Yes, you can choose the option to "Save my credit card information" before you submit your order. For security purposes, if you share an account we recommend that you NOT store your credit card information online, as anyone who has access to your username and password could charge Pizza Hut purchases to the card without your knowledge.

Can I use my Pizza Hut Card for online purchases?
Pizza Hut Cards can be used for online orders at participating locations. The Pizza Hut Store Locator will help you find the participating restaurant nearest you. If a restaurant accepts the Pizza Hut Card as a form of payment, it will be an option during checkout. At this time, a customer can use one card per purchase and must provide a second form of payment in case the Pizza Hut Card they are using does not cover the entire purchase amount.

What is a coupon code?
A coupon code is a code that is assigned to a Pizza Hut coupon that helps to identify the deal you want to redeem. The code is easy to find because it has either a square or circle around it (see a sample). The circle indicates the Internet coupon code while the square indicates the coupon code to use when you redeem an offer over the phone.
